update on the snow

It turns out we had a total of 33.8" of snow. We hope to get out in the now tomorrow!

Let it snow!

Well, here is the second large snow storm in the past 2 1/2 months. We have had small snow storms but this one promises between 18-24 inches or more. The storm in December I believe we had about 23 inches. I just took these pictures and it is still snowing outside. If the experts are correct it will snow until about 10:00pm. We have had lots of fun today being snowed in though.... Pancakes and smoothies for breakfast, laundry, painting touchups, candyland, memory, 1000 books read so far : ) We have taking Hadley and Cooper out on our porch to have some fun in the snow and they only lasted about 15 minutes. We will try again in the deep snow later. I just thought everyone might want to see the storm in action. We won't be digging out the cars until tomorrow. Usually we would start today but it feels futile when we have 9 or more hours of snow left.

Can you tell those mounds are actually cars

The walk ways are impressive. I must say we have gotten the worth out of our condo fees this year. I'm sure snow removal isn't cheap.
